Shipping & Returns

Where is my package?

Why hasn’t my order been shipped yet?
We usually need 1–3 days to prepare your order for shipping. In some cases, it may take a little longer — thank you for your patience!

Where can I find my tracking number?
As soon as your package is shipped, you’ll receive the tracking number via email. Please also check your spam folder.

You can check the status of your order anytime by clicking “Track Package” at the bottom of our website.

Shipment status says “In transit” or “Announced”!
Your package is currently on its way to the shipping provider who will deliver it to you. This status may remain unchanged for about 5 days. Normally, things move quickly after that — your package usually arrives within 1–2 days.

Can I change the delivery time or address?
Yes, that’s possible! You’ll receive an email from our shipping provider when your package is on its way. You can use it to choose a pickup point or reschedule the delivery.

What happens if I’m not home when the package is delivered?
If you’re unavailable, the tracking info will show whether your package was left with a neighbor, at a pickup point, or at a local post office. Sometimes, a second delivery attempt will be made.

My package should have arrived already!
Please check the tracking to see if it was delivered to a neighbor. If the shipping status hasn’t changed for 5 days and the package can’t be located, get in touch with us — you’ll find contact options further down on this page.

How long does shipping take?

You’ll receive your tracking 1–3 days after placing your order. Once shipped, delivery takes 5–7 days. So in total, your order should arrive within approximately 5–10 days!

How do I return an item?

Please follow the instructions in our returns portal.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund you. With Klarna and credit cards, the refund is usually made within a few days; with PayPal, it's usually immediate.

When will I receive my exchanged product?

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we’ll ship the exchanged product within a few business days. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as it’s on its way.

How is the refund processed?

The refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method once your return has been inspected and approved. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days for the credit to appear.

Order

Can discount codes be combined?

No, discounts cannot be combined in our store.

Anytime via: Track Package (found at the very bottom of our website)

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet. In this case, please contact our customer support as soon as possible using the form below.
