As part of the application form, we process the personal data you provide. This includes, in particular:

• Information on the type of your content (e.g., training videos, on-camera content)

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Your data is processed for the purpose of reviewing your application and initiating a possible collaboration as an athlete or creator.

Legal basis:

Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

We also use your e-mail address to inform you about the status of your application (e.g., confirmation of receipt, queries, acceptance or rejection). This communication is necessary for the application process and is also based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

4. Voluntary Marketing Consent

If you voluntarily choose in the application form to receive news, promotions, and offers from Angelgym, we will also use your e-mail address for marketing purposes.

Legal basis:

Your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

This consent is voluntary, not a prerequisite for the application, and can be revoked at any time with future effect – e.g., via an unsubscribe link in each e-mail or by sending a message to the contact details provided above.

5. Sending of E-mails (Double Opt-in, Status Notifications, Marketing)

For the technical handling of e-mail dispatch (e.g., double opt-in confirmation, application status, marketing e-mails with granted consent), we use the service:

7. Storage Period

If no collaboration is established, we will delete your application data no later than 6 months after the application process is completed, unless there are legal retention obligations.
